REMINDERS 

• Clear cache before you log into the POA
• Only use the POA for order placement if:
  1. An administrative promotion code must be entered for customer appeasement
  2. The customer does not have an online account and is unable to create one because they do not have an email address or do not wish to create an account with their email address
  3. The customer is highly escalated and insistent that an agent assist with placing their order
  4. The customer has contacted us to exceed site purchase limits and their request has been approved within guidelines
